These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, content, products and related services (collectively, the "Services"). ViceVora sells food supplements and related products. Product descriptions, ingredient information, articles and other site content are provided for general information and are not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the directions and warnings on each product label.

We work to keep product information accurate, but packaging, ingredients, appearance and specifications may be updated. Always review the label supplied with the product before use.

3. Orders, availability and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the checkout process available to you. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including stock availability, payment or fraud concerns, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or suspected misuse of promotions.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities per customer, household, order or geographic area where reasonably necessary.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties or other fees are shown or calculated where applicable. Promotional prices, discount codes, free gifts and bundle savings may be subject to eligibility rules, dates, stock limits and other conditions shown with the offer. Unless we state otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before fulfilling the affected order.

5. Subscriptions and recurring orders

If you select a subscription or recurring purchase, the price, billing frequency and other material terms will be shown before checkout. By completing the purchase, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

You may cancel or modify an eligible subscription using the account or subscription-management options made available to you, or by contacting us, subject to any processing cutoff shown in your subscription terms. Changes requested after an order has entered processing may apply to the next renewal rather than the order already being processed.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues and events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.

Responsibility for loss or damage transfers as required by the consumer law that applies to your order. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have when goods are lost, damaged, defective or not as described.

7. Returns, refunds and the 90-day guarantee

Eligible orders are covered by our return and refund rules, including our advertised 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee where applicable. Eligibility, timing, exclusions and the claim process are described in our Refund / Returns Policy. Statutory cancellation, warranty and consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

The ViceVora name, logos, product names, packaging, photographs, graphics, site design, written content, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law permits it.

9. Reviews, submissions and communications

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, message, idea or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. Where you ask or permit us to publish that content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

You may not use the Services to break the law; infringe another person's rights; submit malicious code; interfere with site security or operation; scrape or harvest data unlawfully; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; abuse promotions; or engage in conduct that could harm ViceVora, our customers, service providers or the public.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

14. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply from the effective date shown on the updated version and will not remove rights that already arose under an accepted order. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, prevent fraud or address a serious breach.

15. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the business entity operating ViceVora, subject always to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
