Ordered this to help with general hydration during pregnancy & to hopefully help with morning sickness associated. Can’t say it helped the morning sickness but was palatable enough and does have a large amount of electrolytes. As some have said it is a little salty. It does dissolve easily in 40 oz of water, I didn’t try to add it to a smaller quantity as I was trying to boost overall hydration. The tub is convenient, but I thought the product overall is a little pricy for the quantity. Would still consider buying again if I had need.
